Biography
Ned Beauman's debut novel Boxer, Beetle was first published by Sceptre on 5 August 2010. The novel was shortlisted for the Guardian First Book Award in 2010 and for the Desmond Elliott Prize in 2011.
His follow-up novel, The Teleportation Accident, a historical novel was longlisted for the 2012 Man Booker Prize as one of 12 titles, but was not shortlisted to the Final 6.
He has also contributed journalism and literary criticism to The Guardian, The White Review, The London Review of Books and Dazed & Confused.
