Biography
American author Carl Miller was born on December 16, 1949, in Cleveland Ohio. He attended Case Western Reserve University, where he majored in biology, studied geology, and began writing poems.
He has written three dragon novels, Dragonbound, The Warrior and the Witch, and The Goblin Plain War, which were published by Ace Science Fiction in the early 1990's and are presently out of print.
