Biography
Mark Danielewski was born in New York City in 1966.
He is the author of four books, including the critically acclaimed novels House of Leaves, and most recently, Only Revolutions (2006), which was a National Book Award finalist. He studied English Literature at Yale, and later attended the graduate program at the USC School of Cinema-Television.
While on book tour for House of Leaves, he performed with his sister, musician Annie Decatur Danielewski, a.k.a Poe. Her album, Haunted, shares much in common with House of Leaves, as the two were created in tandem.
Mark Danielewski lives in Los Angeles.
