Ian M Banks's book The State of the Art (book 4 in the Culture series) is wrongly marked as a novel, as it is a story collection.

The synopsis below is correct about it:

"The first-ever collection of Iain Banks's short fiction, this volume includes the acclaimed novella, The State of the Art."

Kind regards,
Boris.

Well, that turned out to be a little more complicated.

The State of the Art

The 3rd book in the Culture series is a novella, rather than a novel. (Which we had as book 4 when it should have been book 3.) I found the original cover art for the novella that has a different look so it stands out a bit in the list.

The State of the Art

There is a collection, of the same name -- that includes the titular novella and some other Culture stories -- but it's not just Culture content so I created a new listing for that one outside of the Culture series. Again I grabbed the first pub cover art.

I think that fixes things. Thanks for pointing out the problem.
