I have multiple dead tree versions of this book, but would very much like to have an e-book version - if that e-book version displayed the creative type effectively.

Anybody know which e-book versions work or don't work this way?

(I use an iPad with various readers).

Now that's a good question!  I'd like a copy for my Kindle come to think of it.  Wish I had an answer for you.  Anybody?
