An enjoyable and interesting tale of alternate past. The concepts of the alternate reality might not be new, but how it is handled and the general imagery described was fun enough to read and ponder. When the book actually starts and we get to the pulp it is rather satisfying spin on a paradox. An fun, fairly quick book, which holds up well considering it was written almost seventy years ago.
