Coyote Rage

I thought this book was fine. It was a quick-paced read, and I always enjoy reading stories that draw from horror elements outside of European tradition. My only complaint is that this book - aside from moments of violence and the occasional swear word - felt like it was written more for YA readers. The horror elements felt a little cartoonish, the dialogue was sometimes a little hokey, and the characters felt pretty flat. I think all of it would've been suited for YA readers, but as someone who is very much not a YA fan, it made it hard to feel truly invested in the story.
