Yiwu

I don't like books or short stories that feel like dreams. It just doesn't do anything for me. I feel like there was too much worldbuilding for a 26-page short story too and so none of it was able to be expounded. I wasn't drawn into what little plot there was. The writing was good, but many things deterred me from having an amazing experience. I can understand this is a "me" thing and that not everyone likes rules to be place for the books they read.
