Seeker

I am two thirds of the way through this book, and while it is entertaining I find that it is nothing special.The focus is on the search for the lost colony and there is very little character development or world building. Apart from a few details like the FTL drive, this could have been happening in 2014.

Also found a minor plot hole: several times people in the story say that the lost colony is a myth and there is no evidence supporting it's existence. And in other places people refer to historic details of the settlers, and recordings of things like the colonist's departure.
